- Construction: VR2 cable consists of two identical bare conductors twisted together with a lefthand lay, forming a figure 8 spiral shape. This shape disrupts forces from steady cross winds, reducing cable vibration by presenting a varying projected cable diameter
- Construction: VR2's lay length adjusts with conductor diameter, ensuring installation without bagging issues while maintaining or improving resistance to Aeolian vibration and ice galloping. Component conductors can be AAC, ACSR, AAC/TW, or ACSR/TW, meeting appropriate ASTM standards. Other sizes available upon request
